I can't say enough about the quality of product and the quality of service. They didn't try to oversell us. In fact, they talked us out of a certain design and we couldn't be more appreciative. For them it is about customer, not profit. Something that is lacking in business nowadays.

When my garage door broke on the weekend, and I had no idea what to do, a neighbour recommended this business. I left a voicemail message (indicating it was NOT an emergency) and a representative contacted me first thing Monday morning. By early afternoon it was all repaired. The workers were very friendly and professional and explained (and showed me) what the issue was and how it was repaired. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any garage door issues!

Great experience with Waterloo Garage Doors. Called to replace our garage door opener and during the service call, turned out it was just the springs that needed to be replaced. Technician (Dave) was honest about what needed to be done, no upselling, and estimate was very accurate. Entire process was professional and efficient. Amazing customer service, would highly recommend for any garage door/opener repair or replacement. So refreshing to deal with a company that has integrity.

The spring on my garage door broke on Saturday. I called the 24/7 line and set up an appointment for Monday-I was told that I would be called to let me know when the technician would be arriving at my house. Waterloo Garage Doors called me just before 8-the technician arrived at my house by 8:30 and by 9:15, my garage door was fixed. He only fixed what was needed-told me the cables didn't need replacement and I just needed a couple of bearings. My door is so much quieter than before. Top notch, honest service. Will definitely be a customer again!

I need some help with the garage door and talk to Michael. He took all the efforts to solve my problem. Initial estimate on the phone was genuine and then he decided to send the technician to verify the damage as explained. The technician saw the real issue and fixed it at the fraction of cost. There was no conmanship experienced while dealing with them. They provide précised and honest solution for the problem. I don't know why their google review is 4.8, it should be over 5. I recently had a problem my garage door, I called them, the whole experience is fantastic, their profession, service and experience surprised me and blew my mind: 1. They are very responsive. I called in the morning, they came in the afternoon. 2. They are very professional and service oriented. They came with a variety of parts, they fixed my problem in a very short time and also checked, serviced my garage door. 3. they didn't even charge us on-site, they simply did the job and left, I feel bad and ask my wife called in to pay for it next day and was told to schedule to pay another time, Can you image how popular they are? We're calling in to pay for the bill, they were like: Sir, you are in the waiting list. This is "ridiculous". Their attitude and service are very rare nowadays, I don't allow you not to know them.

Waterloo Garage Doors is awesome! I went in for some coloured weatherstripping and the salesman was very accommodating, taking his time to show me and my wife the various colours. While there, we decided that we needed a new garage door opener as well and he recommended a suitable one for our needs, top quality and reasonably priced. The installers were at our home on time, completed the install in a neat and professional manner and took away the old weather stripping and opener. 100% satisfied!

From my experience, this is a great company to deal with. Office staff and service reps were excellent, transparent and reasonable pricing, and very happy with the work that was done. It was all done as scheduled, with options to do the work earlier at my convenience if service reps became available.

We went to Waterloo Garage Doors to have our garage door replaced. Sean from sales invited us to the showroom to check out different options and explained the quote thoroughly. Sean is professional and responsive via call/email. We did not feel pressured at any point. Our garage door arrived sooner than expected, so we were able to have our door installed within a month. Although we noticed a clanking sound after the initial installation, Waterloo Garage Doors returned promptly and fixed the problem.
